Services
Hype IV provides IV hydration, vitamin infusion, and injection services administered by licensed nurses under medical director supervision, at our lounge and via mobile dispatch. All services are wellness services subject to a health screening and provider approval — we may decline or modify service where it isn't clinically appropriate, with a full refund of anything prepaid.
Eligibility
Services are available to adults 18 and older. Certain conditions, medications, or allergies may make some formulas unsuitable; the screening exists to catch exactly that. Be accurate and complete in your intake — it's how we keep you safe.
Appointments and cancellations
Book online, by phone, or walk in for Shot Bar services. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee up to the cost of the booked service. Mobile visits require someone 18+ present at the service address.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on this site are current but subject to change until your booking is confirmed. Payment is due at or before service and is processed by Stripe. Group and event pricing is quoted per event and confirmed in writing.

Liability and disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hype IV's liability for any claim arising from services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah; disputes will be resolved in Utah courts. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
