When you book, buy, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email, service address for mobile visits, and appointment preferences. Health intake information is collected separately at your appointment for clinical screening and is handled under stricter safeguards. Our website also uses Google Analytics, which collects standard usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) via cookies.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers — Stripe handles it under their PCI-compliant infrastructure and shares only a confirmation and the last four digits with us. Stripe's privacy policy governs their processing.
How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and deliver services, confirm appointments by phone or text, process payments, respond to inquiries, and improve the website. With your consent, we may send occasional promotions — every message includes an opt-out, and stopping is one tap.
What we share
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — payment processing (Stripe), analytics (Google), and scheduling/communication tools — each bound to use it solely to provide their service, or when the law requires it.
Retention and your rights
We keep booking and transaction records as long as needed for business and legal purposes. You may request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we're not legally required to keep — email hello@hypeiv.com and we'll take care of it.
